Just Follow The Steps Below:

• Grab someone's username first

            so if their facebook url is
      http://www.facebook.com/ExEcutionEr.MAYA

ExEcutionEr.MAYA is their username

• go to graph.facebook.com/theirusername which in this case is

ExEcutionEr.MAYA

at the very top you will see
"id": "100001008736880", -> copy whatever id you see and replace it with the friend id below
